Navigation Link Fix

Certain browsers (mainly Mozilla and Opera) support navigation links that can be used to easily access certain areas of a site with icons in the browsers' toolbars. phpBB is supposed to have support for this type of navigation link. It works fine for logged out visitors, but does not function correctly for logged in forum members.

Changes introduced to the link generation code in phpBB 2.0.5 broke this feature. It remained broken up through phpBB 2.0.21. Navigation Link Fix repairs this error, so that these links will be enabled once again for all users of a forum.
