As part of its normal operations, a phpBB forum will record a lot of information about each person that views pages of the forum. The username, time, area someone is viewing - all these and more get stored in the database. Most of this information is usually not shown to normal users. Even administrators have a hard time viewing it, other than by looking at phpBB's admin panel index.
Admin Style Who's Online on Index adds a new table to the forum index page listing many of these details. This new table emulates the similar presentation found in the admin panel index.

- Displays an admin panel styled "who's online" table on the forum index.
- Some "hidden" configuration options near the top of the included class.php.
- Show guests with the same IP only once.
- Hide the table from moderators and/or normal users.
- Use forum permission system to hide names of unauthorized forums.
