Template Error Fix 1.0.0
phpBB produces an error message when a template file cannot be found, saying Template->make_filename(): Error - file does not exist. Normally, the name of the template file should be included in the error, after the word file. Changes introduced in phpBB 2.0.4 prevented the filename from appearing. Template Error Fix restored this functionality.
The missing filename bug was fixed in phpBB 2.0.12, so this hack is not needed for later versions. The eXtreme Styles modification also fixes the bug.

- Not compatible or necessary with phpBB 2.0.12 or later. The eXtreme Styles modification also accomplishes the same goals as this hack, so it is not necessary to install this hack while using eXtreme Styles.
