Disable Notification of Addition to Hidden Group 1.0.1
One of phpBB's many features is detailed usergroup management. An administrator can create "hidden" usergroups, which are not displayed to unauthorized users. Another good feature in this category is an e-mail notification sent to a forum member on addition to any usergroup.
One little problem with these arises with these two features, however. Adding a member to a hidden group also triggers an e-mail message, which contains information about the hidden group! That doesn't seem quite so hidden or secure, now does it?
This modification allows you to have more truly "hidden" groups, by disabling the notification e-mail normally sent when adding a member to a hidden group.

- Tested only on this phpBB version. May have unpredictable results on other versions.
