How may I proceed to remove such things?

I need to remove all those features from my board, the problem is that I don't have a clue how to do it. Can you please help me?

From the profile:

Hider user status
Yes - No

I don't need that since I have removed the possibility of someone look into the users online feature.

From the viewforum (where you are listing all threads created):

Show previous threads:
1 Day
7 Days
A Week
A Year

And one last thing, is there a way to remove the hyperlink from all those functions on the top of each board?

FAQ - Search - Members - Groups - Register - Profile - See PMs - Login

I just need to edit what is showed on the top. For example, I don't need FAQs, Search, Members, Groups and See PMs. How should I proceed to:

- Remove the hyperlinks, so they will be just texts, no hyperlinks;
- Remove them and replace by another text and hyperlink that I want
