spam in the system

Is there anything available that periodically check through the system for spam?

eg searching for swear words or drug names, poker etc?

Not really. Most stuff that I'm aware of deals with trying to stop the spam from ever getting in the system, rather than finding it afterward.

You could use the standard forum search, of course. I think there's a profile field search mod around somewhere that might be handy as well. I did a couple of quick searches for it on phpBBHacks and phpBB.com but couldn't find it... I may not remember the name correctly, though.
