Very new to phpbb, and even the simplest mods are very intimidating. Post Associator would be our very first attempt. Can someone give a more detailed "How to".

Please admin can change autor of one post, but no the moderators. How do i can it?

You don't need to change anything. Post Associator only allows admins to change the authors. Moderators can't do anything and won't see the option on posts.
