It syas i need a module created but i can download one here if im lazy, ive looked everywhere and cant find a download of the module i need for Admin Upload Utility where can i get it at??

OH!!! it has to be smilie, avatar or rank downloads??? i didnt know that was the module, i thought it would be a module where you can upload anything, ok thank you!!!
