Vote in Locked Polls 1.0.1

Hello,
I install this mod using EasyMod and everything seems to go fine! but now how do I setup where the locked topic so people can vote? I been looking for it! but can't find it! I went under Forum Admin - Permissions- and select the forum part with the polls, I click "look up Forum" - Then advance mode and I see a tab saying "Vote" and I click "All" but it does not seem to work at all ! am I doing something wrong? or where do I find the information where people can still vote on a lock topic?

I think I fix my own problem! I wanted members and Guest to be able to vote but it only seem that members where the only one that can vote but I download another MOD that will let guest also vote! which took care of the permission right. I found this MOD on http://www.phpbbsmith.com/refinements/phpbb2/files/guest_vote.html and it is call Allow Guest Voting which works great with this MOD also! I just wanted to let everyone know about this.
