BUG in subject check 1.0.1

I've found a bug in the code.

If you write a title with this caracter: ' or " (I think all html characters)
the system don't let you posting the topic, also with the bypass in "on", it always ask to check the old topics

for example the title:
[treviso] tutti all'ombralonga domenica 21/10/2007

if it find some topic with the same caratcer ' it always tell you to check the old topic.

I hope you can understand my horrible english, and I'm sorry I've found the bug, but i'm not able to correct it, i'm not a programmer.

Hm, interesting. I thought characters like that would be stripped before the check for old topics. I'll look into it and see what I can find as time permits.

I looked at this issue this morning and it turned out to be a minor change, so I've released an update that fixes the issue.
