Is it possible to make it that, the user someone is trying to add to their list, has to accept the request before adding?

Welcome to phpBB Smith! Smile

I'm afraid it's not really possible in the current version, as it would require some extensive changes. I'll see about including that feature in the next version, or perhaps the one after that.

Thanks for the welcome.

Yeah, I would love to have it, since my users don't particulary want to be added by everyone or anyone. They would like to accept if they want the request, also that would help since I wish one day to incorporate it into a journal mod, allowing only friends to see the journal entries.

Hello.

Now i tell you, that your contact list is the best i know.

Okay, is this function available yet? i hope so, because the post was 2 Years ago.

And what can be includet is an online offline indicator. Now i have add the status_indicator from amigalink. Wink

but the feature above was more than great, if it is possible. i think is easy to programmed. with the first im, there must have two links with "accept" and "decline". and this links send a new pm with the answer. also update the database... Wink

So i hope...

greetings sly

Unfortunately I haven't had an opportunity to complete a next version since the previous posts in this topic, due to other projects. The feature itself might not be too hard to add in, but a new version requires other changes as well, plus rigorous testing before release, and that takes time that I haven't had free for this.
