I cleaned out the out DB leaving just as close to posts and such only as possible and added a fresh board over.

Putting on Prill I have a problem. Setting Admin preferences and user preferences do not hold.

Will not popup on login or open in Main Mode in example when set to that.

All else seems just fine.

Any idea what would cause that?

I suspect there might be a conflict with Categories hierarchy v 2.1.0

When you cleaned out the DB, did you empty the config and/or im_prefs tables? That could account for it; you might need to reinstall the SQL for Prillian.

Oh, good grief.

I just found my Host server had glitched.

I have two duplicate functions_post.php now and phpbb will not run without both.

Another place it added a period so ; was ;. causing an issue.

And it screwed up the code for the launch so it was not reading it correctly.

I had thought there was a hack attempt on me a couple of days ago. Now I am pretty sure there was.

Still one issue and I am not sure which file to look at.

The sound file is loaded and correctly set. But there is no sound.

There should sound options in both the admin panel and user preferences - make sure both are turned on.

They are. I checked that right off.

Not sure if those server hiccups got me, a conflict with 2.010 hierarchies mod or if another Prillian file took a hit on the hiccup.

I took one hit causing a non Prill issue that added a blasted period in one place. Fun finding that one.

I'd say it's possible a Prillian file got hit in the hiccup. Try reuploading all of them and see what happens.

I reloaded and even manually rechecked the edits. No problems found.

But I did find the problem.

Sound will not play.

Change Admin setting to no on Allow users.... and it will play.

There is a problem there somewhere but I don't have a clue.

Hrm, that sounds like a possible code error. I'll try to look over the files when I have a chance and see if I can track it down. Something related to that admin setting is probably backwards in the code somewhere.
