Items disappear when other items are purchased

I don't understand why I'm getting this issue as it seems to only effect certain members.
Basicly when they buy a sig ticket then purchase something else the sig ticket disappears and they are no longer able to use it. I've tried recreating the issue but it doesnt work but when I looked at the persons account it would seem they purchased it then a scratch card and this for some reason erased the sig ticket any help would be greatly appreciated. |

Does it happen if they buy any item after, or just a scratch card?

Here is the info i'm getting from members...
when I bought a sig ticket my avatar vanished and I have no way to get it back. The only option is to do what I'm going to do, just buy an avatar ticket, then you don't have to worry about it. Some things got a little screwy there. |

That sounds like what should happen normally... if the avatar ticket is for sale, their avatar shouldn't display unless they have bought an avatar ticket.
