IP Search 3.0.3

IP Search for phpBB 2 has been updated to version 3.0.3. A few issues with the support of registration IP modifications were discovered, so those have been fixed.

I've also just learned of TerraFrost's Log IP Address on Registration modification. It uses the same storage method as one of the already supported registration IP loggers, so IP Search will work with this modification also.
