IM List link not showing up

Hi there,

I'm having trouble with the IM List add-on. The link doesn't show up at the top with the other links. The small members icon picture loads up but no link next to it. Everything is good in the overall_header.tpl file but it still does not show up. The script works when accessing it directly, just the link not showimg up.

You probably missed a line when editing in lang_main.php or page_header.php. My money would be on lang_main, but double check both of those files to make sure they've been edited and uploaded.

No, all files have been edited and uploaded. It's not the first time I added a mod so I *think* I know what I'm doing! LOL. But this is odd. When I open the overall_header.tpl file, the {L_IMLIST} is there with the whole code, so there's something that's not calling the LINK only, as the image is loading.

Since both the text and URL are not appearing in the source code of the pages, the only thing that could really cause this is a problem with the code in page_header.php. The image is specified only in overall_header.tpl, so it's understandable that it would appear when the link is not. The link relies on the other two files I mentioned.

You really should double check them just to be safe - you would be surprised at how many problems like this are caused by someone uploading a file to the wrong folder by accident or a file failing to upload without being noticed.
