Hello Thoul Smile

I was wondering if the hide the red X will also work for the red X that appears if a users avatar happens to become unlinked?

The mod itself only installs on BBCode right now, but the same concept can be applied to avatars. The install would be a little more complex, but it can certainly be done.

I thought this would be a mod that I never updated, but you've thought of a good use for it that didn't occur to me. Laughing

Yipee!! Or .. sorry for the added work? lol, I'm not sure which Wink

It'd be great if it could be applied to avatars and if possible, even custom sigs.

Many RPG forums allow their members to include graphics in their signatures that are used to represent what the character looks like. Sometimes that ugly red X appears there too. Granted, admins can remove the link, but sometimes they get a wee bit lazy in doing that. Maybe a thought for the future, though Smile

Having this apply to avatars is more than splendid enough Smile

It will work in signatures that use BBCode to display images already. If the sig images are added by another hack, though, that would be a completely different matter.

Anyhow, the avatar thing didn't take long to do. I plan to release it today.

Actually, I decided I might as well go ahead and do it then, before I forgot, so it's up for download now.
