Double User Titles Showing Up

This should be an easy one to fix - I hope. The issue is that the boards assigned title & the custom title show up side by side in the users profile and in the forum topic. Is this normal? I would've thought that the custom title should override the assigned title.

That's normal. The users can purchase an effect that causes the custom title to override the assigned title, but both will be displayed unless they purchase that additional effect.
