Avatar Effect Not Working for All Users

It seems that only users that have bought effect privileges in effects for shop 2.6 are allowed to show an avatar when purchased in the new effect shop 3.06.

The user who has only purchased avatar effect for 3.06 will not display an avatar in viewtopic but you can see the purchased avatar in their profile view.

This is also the same for signatures. Only users that have previously purchased effects in the older shop will view in forum topic. I hope you can help.

It sounds like you may have a part of Shop 2.6, specifically the part of it dealing with effects, installed on viewtopic.php. The new Shop 3 and new Effects shop aren't compatible with that. The code from the old version is probably hiding the signature/avatar before the new code gets a chance to work with it.

No. There are plenty of other Shop-based mods, like the auctions, that could send automatic PMs, but there's nothing related to it in the core Shop 2.6.
