2.0.0 Effects store problem

Hi,
I've just uninstalled the old effects shop and installed the latest version and I have a question Are there still files missing e.g. shop functions as i get the following error when trying to access the effects shop Code: Warning: main(./includes/shop_functions.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/w14the3/public_html/forum/shop_effects.php on line 27

The shop_functions.php file is part of Shop 3.1.0. Effects Store 2.x doesn't support Shop 2 or Shop 3.x; you'll need to upgrade your Shop install to Shop 3.1.0 to use Effects Store 2. You can find Shop 3.1.0 in the forums at Zarath's site.
